Today we want to join him a bit on his path across the Paria-Valley near the Arizona frontier. In April 2012 he has roamed through this spectacular scenery together with his daughter and her girlfriend for a whole week. Paria River &#8211; a name of Indian origin meaning \u00abSilty Water\u201d &#8211; is a tributary of the wild Colorado. It searches its way for 150 kilometres through deeply fissured rocks of the Grand Staircase-Escalante National Monument in southern Utah. The pictures you will see may reveal the power of the iron ore-bearing sandstone during the rain- and monsoon period in August.
